Shipping policy

We take every possible precaution to collect, store, and carefully package our fertile eggs to give them the best start—only posting eggs from breeding teams achieving at least 80%+ fertility. We ship exclusively via Australia Post Express Post on Mondays to minimise transit time and maximise freshness. That said, shipping introduces unavoidable risks beyond our control. Australia Post handling can involve vibration, jarring, temperature fluctuations, or rough treatment, which may damage the delicate internal membrane and air sac—even when eggs are well-packed. As a result, we cannot guarantee eggs will hatch, nor can we accept responsibility for transit-related issues or hatch outcomes. We pack eggs individually in bubble wrap inside an Eggspress Safe foam carton and post in a satchel, in our experience, posted eggs often see hatch rates halved compared to eggs collected in person, though many customers still achieve strong results with the majority hatching successfully. To give your eggs the best possible chance, please allow them to rest pointy end down for 24-48 hours after arrival before setting them in the incubator.
